Upon cancellation of VIP Monthly account, services will no longer be available at discounted pricing and any unused funds will stay in your account until you use them. Minimum of 6-month contract. You may cancel before the 6-months; however, you will be required to pay the remaining months left in your contract. Furthermore, after canceling, you will be unable to join our VIP program again until 6 months has passed.
Don’t need to cancel, but need to take a break? No problem! You may freeze your account for up to 3 months. In this time, any accrued money will stay in your account; however, you will be unable to take advantage of VIP benefits until you activate your membership again.
