Cancellation & Payment Policy:

Payment for all medical spa services is due at the time of treatment.  For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before a service is performed, please consider all the required protocols and side effects.  We are committed to the best patient experience possible, and we are available to answer any questions or concerns that you have in regards to services we offer prior to purchase.  Any value of services or treatments that are prepaid or “banked” may be used towards other spa services, treatments and products or transferred to another patient’s account.

Product Sales 

Maintaining your skin with quality products is essential.  We are happy to exchange product within 14 days of purchase.  Although rare, this includes defective packaging.  Please just let us know within the 14 day window so w can get your product(s) exchanged.


We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments.  Because your appointment time is reserved for you personally, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance (Or Saturday for a Monday appointment) if you need to reschedule.  If you cancel or re-schedule the same day, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.  For new patients who cancel or no show, a $25 deposit will be required to reserve your next appointment.  The $25 fee will be applied to services or products purchased.  A pattern of missed and/or cancelled visits may result in discharge from the practice.

Payment Information:

We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept CareCredit® and GreenSky™ for financing. Personal Checks are not accepted.

The treatments listed below require 50% deposit due at the time of booking.  If a scheduled procedure is cancelled within 24 hours, (unless written medical emergency) 10% of the deposit shall be forfeited.
